Clean and Green Turf — Renovation and Lawn Care

FULL SERVICE MENU

Our services.

Premium turf care for Davis County. Built around your lawn, not a generic 6-step rotation.

Four ways we make your lawn the best on the block

SUMMER LAWN RESCUE

For lawns that are tired, not broken.

  • Soil test + analysis ($30, a $60 value)
  • Custom fertilizer program (macro + micro)
  • Pre-emergent applications (spring + fall weed prevention)
  • Biostimulants (kelp, humic, fulvic acids)
  • Iron + targeted micronutrients (deep green color)
  • Potassium boost (critical for Utah heat tolerance)
  • Wetting agents for Utah's hydrophobic clay soils
  • Root growth stimulant (N-ext RGS) — deeper roots through Utah summers
  • Grub prevention
  • Foliar weed and pest control
  • Fall winterizer

Available year-round.

SPRINKLER SERVICES

For lawns where the water isn't reaching where it should.

  • Catch cup distribution test ($125) — we place calibrated cups across your lawn, run each zone, and measure exactly where water is and isn't reaching
  • Sprinkler head replacement & repair
  • Coverage optimization (add zones, reposition heads)
  • FREE B-Hyve smart controller install — you only pay for the controller
  • Spring start-up + fall winterization

Available year-round.

  • Phase 4 — Establishment feeding + follow-up
  • 30-day callback guarantee

8 slots per season. Book by July 15.

Also available as standalone services

Core Aeration

Standalone spring or fall aeration to relieve soil compaction, improve water and nutrient penetration, and stimulate deeper root growth. Available bundled or à la carte.

Disease & Fungus Treatment

Diagnosis and targeted treatment of dollar spot, red thread, brown patch, leaf spot, and other turf diseases. Diagnosis-first, not spray-and-hope.

Smart Irrigation Timer

We install Orbit B-Hyve smart controllers that automatically adjust watering based on weather, soil, and season. Control from your phone. Save water, save your lawn. FREE professional install — you only pay for the controller.

Event Iron Boost

Hosting a wedding, graduation, BBQ — or selling your home? We apply chelated iron 3-5 days before your event for instant deep-green color that lasts 2-4 weeks. Same-week appointments. Your guests will ask who does your lawn.

Dethatching

Power-rake removes built-up thatch (the dead-stem layer choking your lawn) so water, air, and fertilizer can finally reach the soil. Big impact for thinning lawns with a thatch layer over half an inch. Most lawns only need this every 3-5 years — pairs perfectly with fall overseeding.

What national chains don't do.

Most "lawn care services" run the same playbook on every lawn: blanket fertilizer, pre-emergent, post-emergent, drive away. That's not lawn care — that's lawn maintenance, and your yard deserves more.

Why it matters: Utah soils are notoriously potassium-deficient and alkaline. The chains' standard programs are designed for east-coast or Pacific Northwest lawns — not Davis County. When the heat hits in July and your neighbor's lawn looks like straw, ours stays green. Because we fed it what it actually needed back in May.
